AngelNews works with Preferred Partners who contribute valuable information on issues relevant to entrepreneurs and their investors, via our publications: Wing Tips, Flightplan and Legislation in Brief.

We offer the service free through assistance from our Preferred Partners who finance the site and give us expert content to support the market place.

We hold events on topics close to the hearts of entrepreneurs and investors. Modwenna Rees-Mogg founded AngelNews as a hobby a while back. She did it because she realized that the lack of available information about companies following a funding, meant that investors were left in the dark about how their investments were doing. This also meant that the investors who decided not to invest often could not find out about the ones they missed and therefore could not learn how good their judgement really was! AngelNews helps to solve this problem! Now she runs a proper business which is growing all the time and is assisted in this with her brilliant Preferred Partners and a great internal team which includes.

Communications Director

Hatty Stafford Charles concentrates on building our relationships with great companies and their investors. She is a marvel to the company and many of you will bump into her if you hang out at investment and entrepreneurial events! Research Director

Sarah Abrahams works on our extended projects such as The Venture Index, which collects annual investment data, and other various projects we get involved in. She also writes regular features for the AngelNewsletter and collaborates with companies wishing to publicise their events and conferences with us. Debbie Dufour focuses on educating companies that have received early stage funding about AngelNews and signs them up to our website to post their news and press releases free of charge. You will often see Debbie at various events. Debbie is also the AngelNews events coordinator, and the person to contact if you would like information on our events.
