The oversubscribed round, led by Fuel Ventures, signifies strong investor confidence in Healsgood's vision of dramatically reducing patient waiting times and NHS service delivery failures across the UK.

Rival, a startup that develops technology to enable millions of users to create and share 3D content, has come out of stealth and announced it has raised a $4.2 million pre-seed round, led by Speedinvest, with participation from New Renaissance Ventures and high-profile angels.

Rival has created a platform that allows users to browse through immersive 3D short-form content in their spatial computing headset, in a similar fashion to how TikTok or Instagram Reels work with conventional videos.

Currently over 2 million patients a year have knee replacements globally, yet around 20% are not fully satisfied with the outcome. Eventum believes the key to improving success rates is the position of the kneecap, which plays a crucial role in the knee's function.
