Maven Capital Partners has led the £3.5 million investment in Contego Fraud Solutions, to support the continued growth of the business. The transaction is being jointly funded by Maven and NVM Private Equity (“NVM”) which are investing £1.8 million and £1.5 million respectively. The remaining £0.2 million is being funded by existing investors.
